First Time Placement matches once New level 30
How does the ranking system work when you're going first time into your placement matches? Is your normal game mmr used as a your ranked mmr to scale you? How does it work for first time placements?

Your starting mmr is low-mid silver for ranked when you do ranked the first time ever, and then in following seasons it's a soft reset from your previous seasons mmr (roughly your previous seasons mmr averaged with the aforementioned low-mid silver mmr).
