Any champ recommend to one trick?

I was a one trick old irelia before but after her rework, I'm not really have a chance to practice her since she have a really high pick/ban rate. So I try to find other champ to play. So is there are any champ like old irelia that have a lot of power spike and surprised the enemy with those power spike?( I'm down for any role.)
