Just wondering. Every champ in league is pretty similiar in that they are all conventional, i.e. there is no placing of eggs (Murky) or blowing yourself up for tons of damage (Techies). The closest thing League has to an unconventional champ is probably Shaco, and that's pushing it. I think League would really be a lot more entertaining if there were more diverse champs. What do you guys think?
Creating soldiers that do all your primary damage
Swallowing other champions
Creating magical portals that other people can take
Nope, there aren't ANY champions with unique mechanics
League has plenty of champions with unique and unconventional mechanics. Azir has his soldier control. Bard warps allies through walls. Draven has to juggle shit to do damage. Gnar transforms uncontrollably. What would you call these mechanics if not unconventional?
And yeah, it doesn't have a Techies, but fuck Techies. He saps the fun out of whatever matches he's in. The Techies motto is "having fun by making sure 9 other people don't". Screw him. Not every design deserves to see play.
