I bought order icon with border and it does not show it in loading screen... Should I have that new riven skin or its just some kind a bug?

same here, i think it works only with those legendary skins. bullshit.

A: Nope, once you redeem it, the loading screen border will automatically appear forever for Dawnbringer Riven or Nightbringer Yasuo. This doesn’t replace season rank borders.
