"I never lose focus" -Ashe

Why doesn't Ashe gain focus from attacking structures like turrets? I think her entire kit will generally be very smooth overall if she was able to gain focus from hitting turrets. If she can maintain her 4 stacks of focus for hitting a structure i think she should be able to gain focus from hitting it as well.
