Let us reorder mastery/rune pages

I love having "GENERAL AP/AD" pages as the two pages, and then subsequent mages are usually role/champion specific. It would be better to organize them according to lane/role/champion (alphabetically). However, any addition to my collection means that I will have to redo everything. This is painful. Rito please.
