people will find a reason to flame you, even if its something like you shoved the wave to tower when he wanted to freeze or the other way around.
Sho is right in saying that you will always find instances where people blame you. Regardless of whether you should be blamed, you are blamed.
Frame of reference is a physics term which may be applied here. The car is moving north at 5 metres per second, versus, the earth is moving south at 5 metres per second (and the car is simply unaffected by the earths movement, it just rolls along). In LoL this may translate to, my adc got caught farming by himself, versus, I did not protect my adc when he went to farm.
There have been a few cases where I've noticed my adc may potentially get fucked farming, so I wait near them and am able to make a play when they do. A few years ago however I wouldn't of recognised that as an opportunity to influence the game, and I would automatically just blame my adc.
I think the reason for people blaming others is because it's much easier than blaming themselves. If you can blame yourself, your improvement process becomes much more effective because you are truly recognising your flaws and finding ways to make up for mistakes which may not be your own.
I find understanding this reason of blame makes any blame directed at me harder to stress me out. I will listen if I thought the situation was difficult to deal with initially, but usually I will already have a way to deal with the situation from past experience.
You are not playing to satisfy anyone else. You are playing to satisfy yourself. You are not playing so other can improve. You are playing so you can improve.
Improvement in skill means you may lose 20 games trying to dodge dodge Sylas dash chain with Ekko dash before that skill becomes easy and habitual. Improvement in rank means winning 12/20 games vs Sylas where you played super far back in lane because you were too afraid to deal with him and instead got your duo jungler to deal with him for you.
Don't be afraid of being the reason you lost a game, be afraid of not taking action to improve.
