ARAM should have rotating Map skins

I'd really like to see rotating map skins for ARAM, to also include the Bligewater Bay skin, and the Magma Chamber skin from way back. Keep the dimensions the same just keep the rotating skins. Neopolitan is always better than just plain ole Vanilla.
