BINDING MASTERIES TO CHAMPIONS

Countless times to countless players, we either set up the wrong runes and masteries or forget to change them altogether. There is a very good solution to this though.

If we were to match certain runes and masteries to certain champions, we wouldnt ever need to remember to change them, and would thus make matches a lot fairer without the feeding lee sin complaining about his runes and masteries and instead about lag ;)
