Since accusations of releasing op champs to sell are considered not nice, then i must conclude that rito was smoking something.

I know it's against the rules to ask advice about drugs, but c'mon, that s**t must be awesome.

Can pls a rioter be discrete and head me to the right direction? Black market on the dark web? Silk road? Some friend pusher? You grow your own plants ina room in your office, the same room you should be using for some brainstorming but who cares, let's waste that space to rpoduce our own drug and smoke it.

I'm rather interested what people are smoking, when creating a completly unconstructive post, that doesn't promote discussion, is not backed up by statistics (winrate/banrate/...) and doesn't give any kind of suggestions from improovement. It's sad to see people upvoting this post.

Someone recently posted a video of tyler1 stream (inb4 OMEGALUL tyler1 lmao shut up) where team A (zoeless) is at drake and team B (with zoe) is nearby, but zoe is in team A's fog...she basically shoot a single ability, explodes xayah and the fight is over. watch?v=kzxOcSNxfuk&t=174s That is not quality gameplay, that is bullshit, plain and simple. There is no discussion to be promoted...the champ is broken and antifun, end of the story.

And if you want some statistic...what about the enormous consensus in the forum (where is so rare to find consensus) about how this champ should not be in the game? What about some replay of how this champ completely destroys entire games?

Just now in your anwer you used an example to argue about the quality of gameplay of zoes kit. If you put in something like "zoe has a 70% banrate at server X and elo Y" this post would already be quite good. I know there are a lot of people on the boards farming upvotes by posting non-constructive things all day long, but i downvote them all. I do agree on zoe's kit is extremly questionable, i just didn't like how this post approaches a gameplay discussion.

I wonder what people are smoking when they post a thread on gameplay and balance and actually put effort into it like they think Riot will read it and finally realize "HEY! PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THIS! MAYBE WE SHOULD CHANGE IT!" Hah. Those suckers.

I bet there is a special Friday afternoon meeting at Riot, where they sit together in a meeting room with a giant TV, getting high, and then they watch ridiculous Zoe plays and laugh until their eyes are red and they have no voice anymore.

(Just kidding, I do not seriously accuse Riot of taking drugs or something. Just the above thought is fun.)
