  1. Why does a Level 30 even care for....
  2. What on EARTH a newbie with no game knowledge, runes or masteries should achieve in JGL??? Enrich Drakes nutrition? Not feed the Laners? What?!?

There is NO reason to allow JGL before 10... hell even at 10 it makes no sense...

no its becuase jungling is a difficult and special kind of lane where the concept of leashing and ganking is not yet sunk into the newbies brains

This is yet another person attempting to apply an additional costing system on top of previous layers ("you need to learn basics before..."), which is the reason for the problem in the first place.

I don't even think I could jungle with some champs at that level (first clears are tough on some champs)
