I literally am so frustrated climbing out of bronze. I play every game well as zed yet my team proceeds to int or lose me the game. Just look at my match history. Its just stupid and I know I belong in silver at least.

This community is filled with people who got out of Bronze before the idiot population blew up, so they have no clue how hard it might be going 1v9 every game
If you belong in silver you'd be in silver. Look at your own play and see where you're messing up, shouldn't be too hard considering you're losing games in bronze.
If you keep blaming your team for all your losses you're never going to climb
I started in silver this season because I started late. Last year I got to gold, this year I was trying to get plat from G2 but I tanked my MMR out of tilt, frustration and it sent me back to G4....
But here is my advice how to climb solo queue...

If you lose two-three ranked games in a row, log off or play normals. Don't play any more ranked games for that day.

Pay attention to the minimap. Roam when your waves are pushed.

Learn wave management. Google it. You don't have to master it, just learn basic fundamentals. You'll gradually get better at it, and the more you know the more you can put your lane opponent at a disadvantage.

Don't flame your team mates for making bad calls, decisions, or dying a lot. It's not worth it. If you can't use chat to communicate properly do yourself a favor and just /mute all. I have to mute my team all the time these days.

Don't play Zed. Seriously. I know there are some really good Zeds out there, but 80% of my ranked games with Zed mid I lose. Not kidding. It's just how it is.

Play low skill low mechanically inclined champions that are strong in the meta and good for climbing.

Try to pick champions that work AROUND your team and don't force your team to work around you.
I never been in Bronze but I can vouch for Silver elo players. It's horrible. It's where Solo Q dreams go to die. I literally yelled things at the screen about the players I was playing with that I could not say here otherwise I'd get a ban. No joke.
But with every loss, I asked myself what I could have did better. Maybe I shouldn't push that much next time, I need to pay more attention to my map, I need to be more patient. Things like that. Slowly but surely, I got to gold. I managed to do it with pretty weak champions too, like Nasus -- which is who I main.
You will too, just gotta keep trying.
