So the guy get's to play support, picks ASHE and then continues to fed the whole game while flaming us, we report him and no ban? Just how? When i say a single bad word on chat i get warning but for guys like this nothing?
Bans aren't automatic most of the time and if it was his first offense you would have no idea he was punished because he would just get a chat restriction.
What do you mean by a "warning?" Are you saying you get chat restrictions or are you just getting the pop-up that someone reported you? If it's the latter then those don't really count, they are completely automated and are given to anyone even if it's a false report. They aren't warnings they are notifications that someone reported you.
The warning pops up when you've had a recent spike in reports against you. It's not saying you'll be punished, but that you've been reported a lot, so is only a heads up that you might be doing something wrong so you have the opportunity to fix it before you get punished.
You don't get punished just for 1 game of toxicity unless you were really bad, so no, that guy isn't going to get banned just for that one game typically. You aren't even going to be notified that someone was punished unless your report was the last straw that triggered it.
