What to do as an ADC when you lose lane and the wave is frozen?

For the purposes of discussion, let's say you get the NIGHTMARE scenario of losin' lane, and the enemy bot lane freezes the wave to their side so you can never farm safely. You're ADC, you still need farm to be useful to your team so what do? I try to go off and take a few camps and hope the lane eventually pushes to my side but let's say that freeze is never broken. J'es go mid and try to get a gank off or somethin'? I don't wanna have to spit my XP but idk what else to do.

Oh plz don't j'es say "game's over GG".

The best possible thing to do is recognize you're in free fall and spinning wildly. Regain control, stop spinning, and do your best to find a body of water to dive in to

Ask your jungler to come down and push the wave in fully to reset it. Don't ask for a gank, just for him to push in.

XP splitting should be less of an issue. As the ADC, your more reliant on items than levels. (Which is why you get paired with the support.)

If the enemy freezes, go anywhere else. Gank mid, Help the Jungler take a Dragon. Push mid, (You probably should group up, if you can't lane) Or even swap lane.

either gank mid. or ask both of your mid and jungle. and even top. to dive the bot lane duo.

Yo and your support need to hard push and reset that lane. You will lose cs doing this but it's worth it. Depending on your champions that could be hard, or easy.

Failing that, go mid and take their turret.
