I truly do not understand why it is if I love a match I lose 20+ LP every single time, but if I win and hardcore carry I only receive 9 LP every single game like WTD RITO you trying to keep me from ranking up what is with the blasphemy?

From what I can see, your MMR was Low Bronze, then your 16 games losing streak dropped you down ~300MMR, or a full league worth.

Sailor Mint1 votesSorry, you went 1-15 over 16 ranked games on Feb 4th-5th. Meanwhile, your longest winning streak has been 4 games, generally followed by a similar losing streak.
In short, you dropped 300MMR and you still can't win more than 50% of your games, therefore the system considers that you are where you belong. You are in the 500MMR bracket, to give you some context Bronze V is considered ~800MMR and Silver V is ~1200.
Streaks makes LP changes accelerate, both ways. If you keep winning, the system will start putting you in increasingly high MMR games until you it finds where you belong. It works the the exact same way for very long losing streaks, except matching you with weaker and weaker opponents.
Easiest way to dig yourself out would be going on a very long (15+) winning streak, but since that's unlikely, you'll just need to grind MMR the hard way, trying to maintain a 55%+ win rate over 100+ games.

Sailor Mint1 votesI corrected myself, it was 1-15 over 16 games. More than enough to cause lasting damage to your MMR. Damage had already been done before the season started, the higher MMR game was caused by a duo queue.
Scrolling down through the list, it looks like you started the season with a really low MMR. What did you do last season?
215-255 (45.7% win rate) in Season 4. 57-84 (40.4% win rate) in Season 5.
I suspect you lost games on purpose for the sake of crushing Bronzies and it backfired. If not, good luck.
I'm not gonna lie, as someone who's been trying to understand the MMR system, I find your case fascinating. Until today, I wasn't even sure if MMR could go that low.

You are currently ~520MMR. If it existed, it'd be roughly equivalent to Bronze XI. Until you win enough game to increase your MMR to at least Bronze V, you won't be able to climb.
You played your placement matches against players in your situation, you weren't going to get much even if you went 10-0.

It's an estimate. But solo queuing should always give you games that are within your MMR range.
