Same champs in ARURF

Playing ARURF this weekend and I keep getting the same champions over and over. Sej, Cho'gath, Trundle. I know ARURF was rushed out because Clash crashed but would that really affect the random champ assignment? Players are also unable to trade which makes getting the same champs even more frustrating.

The champs in free rotation have a doubled weight for being selected, is why.
