Won and got 27lp, then lost 2 games, then won again and got 15lp??? Wtf is that?
I dont understand how my mmr got so low, so quick. Is someone experiencing the same issue?

The one and only answer: new ranked season prelims dont have great balancing since most players are not ranked accordingly to their skill because of the reset.
You get lp based on the difficulty of the match and your opponents MMR... It could have been a duo with low MRR in the game you were playing in.
If you have low MMR the system will be more likely to place you with people below your current MMR and if you lose to them... you lose more Lp...

wrong, you do not gain/lose more lp based on their mmr, you gain/lose more based on your mmr.
@op Its early in the season, mmr flucuations are quite common during this time.
What you just said is simply repeating what I said... but with less information...
how much you gain or lose is controlled by how your own team MMR relates to those on the opposing team.
It is given that it's based on your own MMR, but your own MMR has't to relate to some form of standard...
You get less LP for winning on blue side. Plus your match was probably easier so you get a little less from that too.
WAIT WHAT?! less LP if you're on blue side? first time i hear this! what kind of bs is this?!
It's because statistically blue side has higher chance of winning. To counter this, they try to put slight mmr advantage on red side and make you lose less/win more lp on red while lose more/win less LP on blue.
You didn't know that?
Did you know they changed this more then a season ago when then made the fixed camera offset???
No, it still exists and has to do with jungle routes, pick/ban advantage and monster placement, not camera. Check below semi recent thread using season 6 data to see that it is still alive and well.
no wonder when i should start my promos i am 5-1LP short after supposedly last game
