Hello folks. So I've been getting better at the game, bought Shyvana, got an S- rank in a normal PVP game, it says I have a chest available for her but I never received one.
Have I done something wrong, or perhaps didn't do something I needed to?
You have 4 chest slots which you fill one up every week, then you can earn one from it (meaning you can't just get 140+ chests in one month). If you didn't get your Chest you probably used up all your available chests, and will have another within 7 days.
Also I noticed you made a comment about needing to be the one that earned an S grade to get your chest. To be more accurate, if a premade ally earns an S grade for their champion, you can get one for the champion you're playing if it's available!
