QSS nerfs and Zed ban rate and why I am salty about that. (Accidentally posted in wrong section, fi)
Let's begin with the changes, qss used to negate debuffs and Zed's ult counts as one, so riot changed the item to remove only crowd control effects (Stuns, Slows, Fears, Silences etc...) because they didn't want an item to disable a champions ability. Riot, wtf? I've been playing for a half a year and I knew zed will be perma banned after that change why did riot not expect that, so now its or they reverse the changes or nerf zed to the ground, which is stupid and useless trouble. Zed was in a fair position, not too strong thanks to the items that provide counterplay and not too week due to good and fair base damages on his basic abilities. Take a look at the ban rate before, and after the patch: 6.8: 54.3%, 6.9: 82.0%. Does this look OK? And how did the community expect that and warned riot but the changes still went live. I've been a zed main for a few months and I learn so much more every few games.. He is in my opinion the most fun and rewarding IF played correctly and mastered. Why riot.. Just why? Even as a zed main I loved qss because it's simply a fair and high skill cap item! Why change the balance it created? Anyways, that was my little rant and let me know what you think about this whole situation.
