Hitboxes should never be a dodging problem, unless she throws it at you while you're halfway in range of it, it should be easy to dodge.

It travels rather slowly which makes it super easy to dodge.

Her Q doesn't stun you. It's true you can't move but if you're a mage champion you can still deal out damage while you're being binded. It's easily dodged and the cooldown isn't super short either.

It's all she has going for her offensively. It makes up about 40% of her total damage. And 10% of it depends on standing still for 5 seconds with less than 40% health for it to do good damage.

Yes she can black shield and run up and ult, but that's really not reliable.
