URF 2019 October 28th?
They said that they were putting regular URF on liveservers on today (the 28th of October) but still no sign of URF?

NA already has it, though...
Sukishoo1 votesI see that now, which is weird since 4PM PDT is still 3.5 hours away...so they got the timing all screwed up.
wolf jade1 votesthey changed it to soon it will be out in EU soon NOT 4 hours. since a lot of people from EU spammed them with "28th? it will be midnight its gonna be the 29th" so they are opening it on all regions now
EvilPolitics1 votesThe 28th statement was just wrong by Riot. Its the 29th for most of Europe or at 23:00 hours at London time...
