Everyone and no one? Still as much of a skill matchup as ever. She has tools, but she's only as good as the player.

Most ADCs, but especially Vayne. They're ranged DPS champions, so they win by default unless Fiora has the element of surprise.

Nasus, Jax, Yi, Tryndamere, and Warwick are poor choices against a competent Fiora player that has been ahead the whole game. Her kit simply trumps them in 1v1, so it comes down to if the Fiora player knows how to utilize that. If she does, then they lose period. Team fights is where you want to eliminate Fiora, and that's how your AP mage assassin can still remain useful late game.

Roaming late game is a pretty dumb idea usually only reserved for the losing team because they must split push in order to divert pressure. They can't win a 5v5 for whatever reason (dragon buffs, baron buffs, crappy comp, DC, players not at full build), so that is their only hope. The ADC should never be alone, but neither should Fiora late game unless she's split pushing. When you're split pushing, you aren't looking to duel because the whole enemy team is going to be hot on your heals and death timers late game are unforgiving. You do not want to be that player that made it a 4v5 because you thought you could take out an enemy when you had the chance to escape. Late game is all about the team fights.

Basically out damage her, out heal her, and kill your way out of a 1v5
