League is a pit of confused players trying to rank up, but rather saying GG WP upon first blood

Topic; Playing league for around a full season, primarily in ranked, has given me a large understanding of reasons for losses and wins. I believe there is a rather simple explanation to this; players are confused, and frustrated. (Which is a good reason why there are so many issues with AFKs and "Ragers", at least to my understanding)

The issue; There have been many attempts to make the game more understanding, from YouTube, to in game tutorials, back down to learning from your own team in game. There are many different sources that can be use to learn how to win, but there is one thing lacking, uniform. That can cause many issues within it's self, mainly, objectives. My goal would to be fix the problem at its source, again, as far as I know. League is a great game, and I want to see it become better.

This is the story; there are basically and unlimited way to play the game, and that is great, but also really bad. It is good in the way that you can do your own thing and have fun how you choose, it is also bad because it's a 5 man team and there is a lot of things that need to work together for teams and players to perform better. There is no good trusted, up-to-date system to help players find best of both worlds (Own play style working with a team). As a league player, I understand it is a very complex game and hard to simply explain. That should be changed, in my opinion.

My idea; more official "coaching". Each rank has it's own skill level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Ect.) For each level of play there should be help to understand more basic levels of play, and at higher levels what needs to be done altogether to make a "GG" and a good player. Playing form level 1 to level 30 players tend to develop bad habits, such as focusing kills, not farm, or not focusing objectives. With a coaching system player could focus on how to make the better of a bad situation rather then saying, "GG NOOB TOP". Things need to be more organized, which is why I say it's a pit of players. There are divisions, there are skill levels, there are good players and there are not good players, there are trolls, and there are smerfs, none of that can be fixed, but for the players that want the best game experience, I think this will the best way to do it.

How can this be done; I am not sure to be honest. There are many ways to go about it and that is why I am posting on a forums page. Riot has done a lot to improve players, but we need to step up and help them out for once. There are millions of us and only one Riot, so lets contain the beast that playing league is, and fight our way to make the game make sense. No more "elo hell" no more losing games because a lack of teamwork, time to win some games based on player skill and ability.
