On a LoL forum it said that stuns were considered hard CC (Anything that can interrupt a channel) But when playing riven with the new keystone that gives a shield for hard CC it doesn't proc. Is a stun no longer considered hard CC?
Sounds like a bug, tbh. Or maybe it was on cooldown?
Jump into a custom, verify it not proccing, then post this again in the bug report forum.
Not everything that can interupt a channel is hard CC. Silence is not a hard CC.
Here's the actual list from the actual patch notes that are readily available here. GO HARD Stun, root, suppression, taunt, charm, fear, terrify, knockup, and knockback count as hard crowd control
