On a LoL forum it said that stuns were considered hard CC (Anything that can interrupt a channel) But when playing riven with the new keystone that gives a shield for hard CC it doesn't proc. Is a stun no longer considered hard CC?

Jump into a custom, verify it not proccing, then post this again in the bug report forum.
Shattering Time1 votesI mean, if it was on cooldown for 45 minutes then i guess? Nah, I'm kidding. It didn't work for several games in normal draft and I'm unable to go into a custom right now. But it never worked for at least 2 45ish minute games. I thought that rivens W just didn't count as hard CC but i decided to read up and it apparently does. And maybe her Q 3rd cast should also proc the keystone because its a knockup?

Chamuel852 votesThat sucks man! I'm sure we'll see a line in the next patch with it. Doubt it'll get hotfixed unless it's a more general issue and less of a Riven issue.
