Attack Damage or Lethality Runes on Yasuo?

Should I use Attack Damage or Lethality runes on Yasuo? I currently use Lethality runes and it's about +21.5 Lethality, but I'm feeling like that isn't the right fit for Yasuo.
Are Attack Damage runes better to use in early game? Also, can someone explain what exactly Lethality is? I have a small understanding of it but I don't think I have it all down.

Run full attack speed reds and quints.

lethality is flat armor reduction

1 Lethality is (0.6 flat pen + 0.022 pen per target's level)

so 21 lethality is 12.6 flat pen + 0.462 per level.

Use attack speed, all high elo yasuos use attack speed
