Duskblade's passive
How exactly does the +200% lethality work?
Is it +200% of the amount of lethality I have built on my champ?
(so like I have 30 lethality, it will be +60 true damage?)

I know how the passive is proc'd, I'm asking about the lethality true damage bonus.
BTW for your own knowledge, it builds a stack by not being seen for 1 second, you have 4 seconds after being seen to use it.
