Its down cause Rito doesn't want 5 man ques in ranked getting 450% bonus ip and a win...Also Graves doesn't have a Cigar....

Network Operations – Yesterday at 7:17 PM Solo/Duo Queue will be enabled while we triage technical issues on Dynamic Queue. Ranked placement and rating will carry over between the queues.

It's dead and buried.

So they could say 450% xp get you to buy a boost and turn it off. Instead of just giving 450% to all matchs..

from what I can tell is that a lot of solo q'ers got teamed up against pro players in high tier stuff. Seen videos- it's hilarious yet sad.

actually my statement tells of two issues

• pre mades get matched against yolo q'ers
• diamonds/plats got matched against challengers and masters and pro's into unbalanced fights... cuz who doesn't want to get rekt by a worlds team.

Riot did a pre-release on NA and TR before rolling out the new dynamic queue. Unfortunately, the rollout in EUW (as it is the biggest server) generated some serious lag and bug issues due to upscaling. Therefore Riot first blocked dynamic queue in EUW but somehow the bug / lag appeared on every server so they had to take it down worldwide. There's actually a whole thread on the boards where Rioters put updates on the issue.
