Can we remove the option to ban champions being hovered?
Seems pretty illogical that you can ban someone's champion after they're hovered it.
It has no useful purpose, but it can certainly be used to troll teammates.

It's pretty annoying when people do that to try and make you dodge so they don't have to play.
I ban champs that I don't like to play against. Your fun is not more important to me than my own, so if you want to play the champion I don't want to see in the game, it's nothing personal, but I'm banning that champ.
