I am so tired of matchmaking

I who was diamond 4 last game was placed in plat 2 and ever since that i've been matched up with garbage and shitty players every single game. The tilt is taking over my fucking brain. Now I'm some shitty plat 4 player with 50 lp and I can barely win games because of this stupid fucking matchmaking system. Every singe game I am the only one who wins lanes at this elo ofc because everyone so bad here but when it comes to top/bottom its a different story. What should I do!?
