Quepha1 votesThey're focusing more on champs that need full VGU's because they generally get a more cohesive result. There are higher priority champions who need a full VGU.
And while Zilean did have a skill rework on his Q, I have a feeling they still would like to do more work on his kit at some point, so he might be on the list for an eventual VGU, just lower priority so they wouldn't get to him in a while.
