KAYN NEEDS SOME LOVE RIOT

I looked at Kayn winrate and it seems like its sitting at around 49% winrate. that might look good for others, but his early game is sooo easy to punish you can't expect a lot from ganking at early levels, and you still can be super abused by other champions who destroy you later on somehow Like Vi, Yi, Kha and Udyr, i would like to suggest a small buff to his base armor and a bit of attack speed, or 10 more AD on his Q and W, it won't hurt anyone if Kayn becomes good again, as he can be effective in teamfights, the other downside is , he is a onetrick material champion, he might seem not like one , but oh boy when people just go electrocute and exepect to do the things they see enemy team one trick Kayn did once, i mean, if you're buffing shaco that has a 51% winrate on jungle , than atleast just give a bit love to Kayn...

I mean....49% winrate is the same for kayne as it is for every other champ? He isn't a hyper scaler like Yi MasterYi or Jax

But he's either an assassin that does well mid game and falls off once the teams start grouping up similar to Evelynn Shaco

Or a bruiser that can act as a second off-tank that does perform well in teamfights like Warwick

That said, I think some small buffs would be good for him. But there's no way Vi or Udyr would be able to kill a Rhaast if they have equal gold.

Personally I think they need to go ham with it. They should buff his base armor from 38 to 42, increase his base attack damage from 68 to 80, and turn him into a manaless champion with a rage meter in its place that scales his damage from 0 to 20% bonus damage based off of time spent in combat, like a certain AP item we all love. item 3151

I think Kayn is in a good place. I think Shadow Assassin is in the good place. I think Rhaast is a little weak.

Kayn is supposed to be weak early. And when he gets his transformation have a massive power spike. Which when you go SA you do..... but Rhaast has a lot of weaknesses.

With Rhaast Id like to see his base damages bumped a little bit. Like his Q. Id like to see it bumped up .05 (from .50 to .55) and bump the healing to 75% from 70. I think these changes would be a nice little bump to help rhaast which is his weaker transformation.
