Yi is over-powered

So this past game I played with my friend wasn't a fun one. And this isn't a new thing. The recurring problem is an over-powered Master Yi. He ruins lane game play when you have a life-stealing, high attack speed champion come out of the fog of war and decimate your lane. In fact, Master Yi was the only reason the opposing team won. He is fast, has quick attack speed, and his abilities, namely Alpha strike, is one way he can just elimante you in one shot and continue to kill your team. I believe if his max speed were reduced, or a general de-buffing would suffice to make Master Yi a more equal champion.
