rengar is just stupid right now. because the tanks are so disgustingly buffed and adcs have reliable HARD cc, unless your playing against a full team of kog'mas he sucks. the only champ he can occasionally jg against is ivern ans hes never played. rito, nerf those tanks pls!

ADC's don't have reliable hard cc..... And tanks aren't even the problem in first place. Itemization is.
