Riot do something about queue dodging.

It is seriously out of fucking hand! Even in blind pick everyone just dodges if they do not get the role they want. It seriously is out of hand and wastes everyone's time. I get it, in ranked you might feel it is not worth the time so maybe a few free dodges or whatever but this system is fucked and wastes everyone's time.
