Stop this autofill nonsense

Facing a 30 min queue dodge penalty because I don't want to play support. Why should we have to play something we don't like in a game? I mean no offense to support players and I know many enjoy the role, but many don't as well. If it is so undesireable that you need to force players to play it at the risk of penalties then it should either be removed or made interesting enough that people actually want to play it.

Personally I dislike the role because it has overall less impact in the game (still important in its own way, mind you). Little to no solo potential, entirely dependent on team mates to mind the vision you provide, lower damage than other roles and much less fun build path.

Not to mention, as a fairly inexperienced player in a very complex game it's quite unfair to be autofilled into a role I may be entirely unfamiliar with, or have no runes/champion experience to play it. That's usually the case when I get autofilled into adc, since I've never played it.
