Stop Letting Group's Who Q Together and Group Report

I'm tired of groups of three or four ganging up and reporting for no reason. ROIT can't distinguish between the two. Really tired of it. When groups q together they should only be able to report a player once as a group, not as three or four individuals....to much power....system is broke.

This already happens. Premade report power is reduced to be roughly the same as one individual.

RiotLyte quote:

We've upgraded the Report System to completely wipe out the power of Premade 4 reports ganging up on a player, and given the solo player "equal power" reports in this scenario.
