Message to take smite as Jungler?

Although it is quite scatterbrained to forget to run smite as a jungler, with auto-fill and secondary roles I feel it is a somewhat reasonable claim to include a message reminding people to check their summoners or something along those lines. I have quit out of two games recently for not running smite (so my team can remake) and I accept the penalties for my mistakes, but I feel this would help people such as myself who forget or don't notice from time to time.

And yes I know this may seem stupid, but there is a reminder telling people they have to lock in their que and it can easily be turned off so I don't see why this couldn't be any different.
