Burn Problems

I have been having problem with some items on league of legends. Bami's Cinder! I am an aggressive player so I constantly push under tower, and that is where all the problems begin. First of all when ever someone does damage to the enemy player the tower starts to lock on the "Victim" when that happens people start abusing it. An example: people can just hug turret and by doing so no one can push or farm under the turret, especially no diving. I had this problem when I was playing Renekton and I rushed a Cinderhulk in a smite top lane. I was winning the lane because I was pushing under turret, forcing Irelia to lose farm, but after I purchased the Cinderhulk, I started to lose... she would just stun me on the rim of the tower then start tanking the Cinder, and as you saw coming... the turret started to lock on. Even though I won the game, I was never able to enjoy it to the full extent because of that. I have realized this has been going on since Sunfire's release but I never really understood it until Cinder came out. I would like to make a suggestion to @RiotGames @leagueofLegends to make a toggle button for the items. I know there have been many suggestions of this, but I don't think this is a bad idea to pleasseee RITOOOO PLLLLZZZ. Who agrees with me?! {{
