So today i started ranked match, our ww forgot to pick smite and in 20 min game he was only lvl 5 (without afk). In middle of game i opened lol nexus and realized that he got only 88 normal wins and this was his first ranked ever, i rly want answer from Riot if they think that this is fair, because this match was too unbalanced in terms of player experience in game.

Previous rankings don't affect your match up - your current ranking and MMRs do. And for that matter the average ranking is Silver V which is why the unranked warwick got matched with you.

Which is giving him way too much credit than he deserves. Should start the new guy at mid-low bronze and play his way up.

Running bots for a ton of games to 30 doing stupid builds and no idea how the game works doesnt mean theyre ready for silver+ level at all

Actually, that game looks pretty even. His team even has the higher average mmr, with him+2 golds vs the plat+2silvers. Sure he forgot to take smite, which is why his level was so low in game 'cause he'd need to back often in addition to losing the bonus exp from the smite items.

tldr: It's a problem with not taking smite, not with him being in the game.

The problem is in the system, how can someone who just "started" playing LoL got matched with me and play against muuuuch better players.

The major flaw is that they give brand new 30s the MMR of something like silver 3 when they should start at bronze 3. If they're better than that then they'll win their way out, without taking a group of people down with them in the current design

They have to start somewhere. I don't think all new players should be auto-placed vs Bronze first game ranked. It's more likely that he accidentally queued up for a ranked match after it became enabled at the top of the SR game selection menu.

They're also really not that much better if they have such negative winrates and KDAs.

Your PROBLEM was that your garbo was in the jg and theirs was bot. In current META, best jg wins, so having garbo jg screwed you. 90% I'd say same result if your jg had had 700 games but was Bronze 1 (like their adc).

Im not talking here about lost game, even 700w bronze 1 is better then ww who just started playing rankeds, im talking here about why Riot have system like this and why ppl like ww can be matched with and against ppl on screenshot.
