HAIL OF BLADES Gain 50-100% (at levels 1-18) attack speed for the first three attacks made against enemy champions.

NOW NOT LATER If more than 1.5 seconds elapses between attacks this effect will end

CANT STOP WONT STOP Hail of Blades allows you to temporarily exceed the attack speed limit

COOLDOWN 5 seconds out of combat

I mean, if that 2.0+ attack speed Vayne suddenly tumbles on you and is able to hammer 3 attacks into you in less than a second you aren't gonna have a good time.

Of course it will. That's their keystone for "spell-based" marksmen for you.

I'm not entirely certain how a keystone that makes you ATTACK FASTER benefits marksmen who use spells more than attacks, but hey, they know better than me what a spell-based marksman is.

Silver Bolts isn't huge burst at all.

It does 50 damage in lane.

It's not maxed first.

EXACTLY THIS.

Once Vayne commits to a fight, she's in.

She either succeeds or fails.

She's not Tristana, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Lucian who have escapes.

She's not Xayah who has a ult that makes her unable to be attacked.

It'll end up broken on Guinsoo's melees.

Use the AS burst to full stack Rageblade in a teamfight without pre-stacking. Let Rageblade do the rest of the work.

I'm more concerned with the upfront burst it will give combined with Stormrazor and item 3087 while not having to spec AS, giving the full AD from Domination + Sorcery or Domination + Inspiration

KogMaw Xayah Tristana Draven Caitlyn potentially seem the most problematic

New Essence Reaver is gonna be more broken on her than Hail of Blades. Her q is already on such a low cd mid-late game she will have q up every 2 autos.

Vayne is basically one of the weakest adcs right now,last 3 games i had vayne in my team,their total score was something like 3/30... Also if Vayne wasnt op with Lethal Tempo or PTA she sure as hell wont be op just cause she can proc her W very fast,i mean even On-hit Guinsoo Vayne can't compare to crit Vayne,yes you proc your W every other attack,but why bother when you can just crit for more damage than that proc,except on full tanks ofc

Vayne's going to be using Press the Attack most likely.

Hail of Blades is pretty useless after the first 3 attacks.

It's a watered down Lethal Tempo.

Late Game Vayne won't be able to stick on a target long enough to get those 3 attacks off.

Vayne has to be in 550 range at all times to deal damage.

If Vayne is in range of ANYONE late game that usually means she is in range of EVERY ENEMY champions CC or burst damage.

I have had a lot of success on Sivir, but I had to change my playstyle to support taking the rune. I use it with W at the start of the fight to melt someone and spawn a ton of bouncing blades, then I go back to using her like normal for the remainder of the fight. You can completely delete a squishy before the fight even starts...

It's a very high risk high reward rune for most champions, including sivir. Probably dark harvest would be safer.
