Side build on new champ

Hi Just want to ask Riot why they make the new champ whitout side build and whit only one way to play a champ (in general)

I know it stupid and i am almost alone to like side build. Side build for me: whene a champ can be build full ap / full ad / full tank and got 2 different gameplay

EX: Akali ,Ezreal, Lucian (almost), Varus , MissFortune , (old MasterYi ), Nidalee, XinZhao

Champ that I think would be cool whit more ratio (in one or the other AD/AP): Twitch, Ashe, Elise, Diana, Fiora, Gangplank, RekSai, Khazix, Pantheon, Nami (E no ratio AD really?), Sivir, TwistedFate, Vladimir (just a bit), MonkeyKing, Zyra

No really why TwistedFate dont got a passif about his crit yet? may be gain 5 G whene he hit a crit insteed of last hiting? (or what ever is ballence) Or may be whene he crit he do 500% bonnus damage but his crit chance can't be higher than 10%? I dont know something that make him look more like a gambler and less like a pickpoket.

SORRY FOR THE BAD ENGLISH WHO YOU WANT TO GET SOME side build?

I've gone Lucian with on-hit magic damage (wits, nashor, ap) and magic pen so it'd be almost true damage.

Ashe with Liandry's and movement speed xD (because her W slows, so you spam it and burn 4% current HP constantly) but you need movespeed for quick back and forth.

The core items on this retarded build, 14 magic pen runes, 21/6/3 (1,5% move speed) masteries item 1306 OR item 1311 item 3069 item 3151

Then you can choose CDR, movespeed, Lich for autos too, more ap for her ultimate... item 3023 item 3165 item 3285item 3135 item 3001item 3100 maybe even the new item 3742

I prefer CDR with movespeed.

I know I know, terrible. But in the end if you check your damage is quite good, for all the utility you had ;D

If you like side builds then you'll like the champion concept I am working on.
