My proposed changes to keep Karma viable both as a support and a mage.

These changes are terrible for solo lane Karma, a champion I've been maining for 4 years now. Why remove the instaheal on RW and the damage on RE? This will kill her solo lane potential, her waveclear and her sustain. If you want to buff support Karma you can do so without nerfing her mid/top/jungle. PLEASE consider it. I know you're saying it's just PBE stuff, it's still tentative, it's still testing... But most of the time all of the changes actually go through without taking feedback into consideration.
