Why does Queuing up for a Nexus Seige game take so damn long?

it takes me 10 minutes to get into a lobby, then every round 45 more seconds just to even begin, its a fun game, but wastes so damn much time, and even then the problem has issues with snowballing champions

I just queued for a game and it took about 20 seconds for a queue to procc, with an estimated 53 second wait time. Are you sure you're not in a low priority queue?
