Remove possibillity to ban a team players pick

I advise to make it impossible to ban a team mates pre-pick.

When in champ select, and you pick a champ to tell your team that this is the champ you want, and 1... only 1 person, dosen't agree with that, is a troll or in any other way wants to ruin your game for you, decides to ban your pick ...

Why is that even an option? your only option if that happens is to dodge, and eat a time penalty,, thats right, YOU get a pentalty because another player was very unfriendly towards you.

Why is it not as simple as to make it impossible to ban a champ that has been pre chosen by your own TEAM mates?

I suggest this is implemented. So far, the only "gain" you have by allowing this to happen is more players getting frustrated, dosen't want to play that particular champ or role they get forced to.

It's hard enough to get to play the champ you want, this just makes it even harder. and DOSEN'T improve quoue time at all. (dodgers, trolls/feeders and such) It also adds to a even more toxic community because this is another way you can be rude towards each other with no consequense.

There is litterally NO positive effect by this, at all.

Best regards... one who just, again, got his champ banned in champ select by his own team mates. (and no, I was not playing a troll pick or anything) item 3151

I completely agree! It's rude. These ppl think u will do better if ur forced to play someone u don't want to, or arnt as good with? They are probably wrong about that as well.

Riot should make it so all 4 teammates have to agree to ban a champ that u declare. That way it will likely only happen if it's a troll pick ie "No mid? Fine Soroka top".

This I could agree to. This game is about trust and communication, so a vote would seem fine, problem with that would be time. They try very hard to cut time down, so adding another step might be a bit hard,

although I do really agree, because I belive that less dodgers (and a return to quoe) is the way to go.

You can't avoid trolls, but what use does it do to waste a ban on one anyway?

no. sometimes it is good to ban a troll pick on your team.

Do you belive that makes a troll less trolling with the next champ? I belive that has never happened ever.

Not impossible... but there should be a warning.

I still want to ban those 40% winrate Lees.

  1. Last pick hovers [OP Champion]
  2. Team cannot ban [OP Champion]
  3. Enemy team picks [OP Champion].

Not happening.

is that a reason to deny your teammember a chance to play the champ he wants? this is why you can pick and trade. So that important champs is picked and then traded, if possible ofc.

yes it requires you to talk with others, and them to interact in a usefull way, but the rules has to benefit from those who do this, not those who ignore their team, these players can go use a bot game or custom game instead.

That is how the game is ment to be used.

A "hover OP champ - then loose it to enemy early pick" is a honest man trying to get a honest chance to get his pick. IF noone wants/cant help, they risk of loosing it. THAT is ok, because it's part of the game. Risk.

Beside, the OP aspect, you can just aswell risk of meeting a teemo main who can destroy you 1v5 as a good player with that mentioned OP champ. "You can hand a little minded man the best sword in the world and he still will fail to use it"

so my point is: Let me get my pick, unless it's banned/taken, don't deny me my pick, else there is no reason in draft mode anyway. I have no problem with it in normal blind pick, but not i draft.
