why is all the toplaners that deal with fiora nerfed

First off it's poor taste to ask a question or comment completely unrelated to your topic. So I will ignore the crafting question altogether.

Anyone that gets nerfed deserves it. Poppy is extremely tanky with great CC and great damage, pantheon wrecks every top laner a bit too hard right now and has a decent late game which he isn't supposed to have. Nautilus has been doing too much damage with his CC loaded kit given how amazingly tanky he is.

Tahm Kench is the same as Naut but with a bit less CC and a lot more tankiness.

They didn't nerf the champions because they fought fiora, they just happened to. Correlation is not causation. Their problems lie in their kits. Fiora's problem is mostly due to the melee ADC tanky build of Titanic Hydra, Sterak's, Maw, and 3 tank items. She is in the same boat as Yi and Akali.
