Well now you get this bullshit bounty for just farming which is the core of the game, so the enemy laner and his jungle can gank and fucking annihilate you. Like who thought this was good design? Does anybody actually enjoy the bounty system?
will sometimes (or most times) you out cs the enemy by being a lane bully and push him out of lane.
which is not much different then having a bounty for getting kills imo
the way it was explain to me was you're already on the winning team, which decides who get's big bounties in the first place. Your KDA, is not the biggest quality of being ahead. CS is just as much an advantage due to Gold and EXP. You're already drastically stomping them as a team, even with zero kills, you're still far ahead.
