Consider switching Presence of Mind and Nullifying Orb?

Presense of Mind was recently changed to give 20% Max Mana refund and 10% Ult CDR upon champion takedown, now that may sound famiar because it's basically one of the old Morello passives with some extra Ult CDR thrown in. Don't get me wrong, I believe this was a very positive change to the rune and really look forward to using it... Except for one thing. It now feels much more like a mage rune than an ADC/General attack speed champion rune, and I think it would much better belong in the Sorcery tree rather than the Precision tree. One idea I had to fix this was to switch the locations of Presense of Mind and Nullifying Orb (Presence in Sorcery, Nullifying in Precision), this would:

1.) Give mages easier access to the mana refund, seeing as they're the champions who will be wanting it the most out of all champs

2.) Give ADCs and Melee Atk Speed champs a defensive option against AP burst (This is probably highly controversial, giving ADCs more defenses, so this may need to wait until mid-season to see if it'll be a healthy change for ADCs and the game in general)

3.) Prevent champions from taking both Ultimate Hat and Presence of mind and getting loads of Ult CDR (I don't know if this will become a problem, but I could easily see come champions abusing tons of Ult CDR like this)

So... Any thoughts? I may just be rambling on about nothing here but I think this would be a very healthy change to the rune system, feel free to leave any feedback!
