Impure Shots (W): Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 % for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50% for 2 seconds. + After every shot by the champion for [1 sec] Miss Fortune increased incoming heal by [30%] (or stacks)
P.S. Im not thinking about other abilities. if you have an ideas - please, write.
If anything, I wish her ult would stack Impure Shots at twice the rate than it does now. You're not going to have a plentiful of stacks of Impure Shots on multiple targets, unless you're carrying Runaan's Hurricane and getting Double Ups out ( but the stacks don't last very long ) that they're pretty much wasted when you ult.
That and have Make It Rain not mini-stun Miss Fortune ( when she casts it ), and they apply Impure Shots. The 'rework' obviously took her in a direction that Impure Shots is a vital part of her kit now. So make her kit compliment and revolve around it. Double Up already prefers targets with Impure Shots, she does massive damage to squishies with it, and her ult is dependent of it. Why not?
But that's just my opinion.
Having her crank up self-heals by more than Spirit Visage is a ridiculous idea on MF, and doesn't actually solve a lot of her issues (Primary damage sources not having synergy with Lifesteal, mediocre AS from abilities, and low safety in teamfights)
I think it'd be better to have something that isn't so reliant on a healing support to be useful. I think flat lifesteal buff would be more appropriate. But I digress; I don't think her issues lie in something like that. I think it's more of having no escape beyond a weak slow that you don't even focus points into as an ADC (not counting AP MF).
This is completely different from your suggestion, but what if (Q) Double Up roots targets that are under her (E) Make it Rain? Probably not a root, but something that can make sense like increasing the slow up to 99% because the barrage of bullets disorients them.
miss fortune needs power ups she is weak compared to other adcs like jinx or graves or lucian just oppinion :)
