Is gragas better for Ap or Tank ?

I ask people if I should go tank or ap. I get confused which to go with and im perfect with both of them but I wanna go with one that ill stick with, I also main Gragas and I never stop playing him.

Because his scaling got hit so hard Tank is the best way to go.

He works good building tank since he already has decent damage and utility. Treat him like an AP bruiser.
