I don't think u improve Vel ability，u weaked greatly to this champion.S6 improve a steal life' ，many AD assassins depend it for survive.I think life steal will takes champions of dissipative type hardly kill them.U changes Vel's skill R and must be get three stacks can trigger truly harm。Yes u improve solo’s damage,but did u think improve of team's damage.Release skills have Delay can attck enemy，it's easy to get out of the way。I often use my R (truly harm)kill them.Now i must use my another skill take them three stacks ,don't u think take Vel very bother？I want consume their health，but steal life is so powerful，i want kill them use my R but damage really weak when they don‘t have three stacks.I like this champion but ur changes take operation of Vel really hard, even though i play very good,but team’s fight can‘t get too much harm.If u can tell me how to play this new Vel,i will try change my technique of Vel。But i really hope please change Vel’s skill again
